March 11, 2004- The Princeton Police Department is investigating an armed robbery that occurred at about 1:00AM. The robbery happened at the Pantry store on South Main Street In Princeton. The robber is a male of slender built, wearing a ball hat and dark clothes, displayed a long knife to the clerk, demanded money and then ran out the door. The Princeton Police Department & deputies from the Gibson County Sheriff's Department searched the area for the suspect. As of this evening, the investigation is still ongoing.
