May 24, 2004- Sheriff R. Allen Harmon announced today that
Deputy Brad Nixon has been promoted to the rank of Corporal.
Cpl. Nixon has been with the Gibson County Sheriff’s Department since
1987 serving as Reserve Deputy, Communications Officer and Corrections Officer
before being appointed Deputy Sheriff in 1991. Cpl.
Nixon also served as the department’s K-9 handler from 1998 until 2002.
Congratulations to Cpl. Nixon!
