April 1, 2005-
On Friday, April 1st the sheriff's department hosted a going away party for John & Linda Alley. John who has served the department and the citizens of Gibson County for 8 years will be leaving his position as part-time deputy. Brad Garnett will be filling the part-time deputy position effective April 1st. Garnett was previously a reserve for the department and had served in that position for over 2 years. The Alleys will be moving back to their hometown of Kokomo. Best of luck to John & Linda Alley in their future career endeavors and to Garnett in his new position.
