Spencer County by State Police. Napier is currently being booked into the
Gibson County jail on various charges. The boy was located and is unharmed.

eyes. Last seen wearing a red and yellow polo shirt, no diaper and no pants.

The Gibson Co. Sheriff and Fort Branch Police Departments is investigating an
abducted child from 101 N. 3rd Avenue, Haubstadt, IN. 12 miles North of
Evansville. Dillon Levi Martin, ?????, a is an 18 month old, white male,
weighing 30 pounds, with short brown hair and brown eyes. Dillon Martin was
last seen at 6:30pm on August 27,2005 at 101 N. 3rd Avenue, Haubstadt, IN, and
is believed to be in extreme danger. Dillon Martin was wearing a Red and
yellow striped polo shirt with no diaper and no pants . Gibson Co. Sheriff and
Fort Branch Police Departments says Dillon Martin was likely abducted by
William L. Napier who also goes by Billy or Bill and suspect vehicle is 1996
Four door white Saturn, Indiana Plate 82N6450. William Napier was last seen
driving East from Gibson Street and 3rd Street in the White Saturn with Dillon
