Acceptance of Terms
Gibsoncountysheriff.com (owned and operated Gibson County Sheriff's Department) provides a wide variety of services and functions to the community. Our provision of this Service is subject to the following terms and conditions and any rules, guidelines or policies (collectively, "Terms of Service") that may be published from time to time by the Gibson County Sheriff's Department  and/or its subsidiaries, parent, affiliates, domain owner, officers, directors, employees, agents, etc (collectively, Gibson County Sheriff's Department ). We may update any or all of the Terms of Service from time to time without notice. Please read them carefully. You understand that the Services provided "AS-IS" and that Gibson County Sheriff's Department assumes no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, mis-delivery, breach of confidentiality or divulgence of any group communication. By registering for or using this service, you also agree to receive periodic emails from Gibson County Sheriff's Department regarding news and announcements if you opted and joined our mailing list.

Users are permitted to print or download information contained within this site strictly for personal and non-commercial educational purposes only. You may not alter, modify or reproduce any images for print or electronic publishing without first obtaining written permission from the Gibson County Sheriff's Department. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Gibson County Sheriff's Department and all associated with the site from any loss, liability, claim, demand, damage, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) asserted by any third party due to or arising from or in connection with:

(a) the Content you upload, submit, post, or transmit through the Service;
(b) your use of the Service;
(c) your connection to the Service;
(d) your violation of the Terms of Service, or
(e) your violation of the rights of another.

The Gibson County Sheriff's Department reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, which shall not excuse your indemnity obligations.

Parents or guardians: We want to help you guard your child's privacy. We encourage you to talk to your children about safe and responsible use of their Personal Information while using the Internet. For more information on protecting you and your family please visit http://www.truste.org 

Children under 13 years of age should not submit any information to Gibsoncountysheriff.com without parent's or guardian's consent. We do not monitor the age of our audience.
 

Message Board Rules

Please do not infringe on any copyrighted material. Please refer to the author, copyright notice, privacy policy, terms of service, rules, etc. to verify. No vulgar, defamatory, abusive, distasteful language of any kind is permitted. No sexual oriented or offensive material will be tolerated of any kind. Impersonating another member (s) by changing your username to the same as another member for purpose of defaming their character, posting offensive material under that username, or violation of any other part of the member will result in immediate termination of your account. The Gibson County Sheriff's Department (now identified as "GCSD") reserves the right at its sole discretion to erase, discard, etc. any messages that may be offensive to others or GCSD as a whole. GCSD can at anytime w/o prior notice terminate or suspend a member's account at anytime at it's sole discretion. Upon registering for the message boards located at http://www.gibsoncountysheriff.com/forums you agree and are bound to all these rules including terms of service and registration agreement governed by GCSD. Upon registering, you assume all liability and actions for your posts and agree not to hold GCSD and/or any of the affiliates and/or agents thereof liable for any of your actions. We are not responsible for any damages whatsoever that may be a result of your actions while [not limited to] visiting, posting, linking, replying or browsing any pages or links that may
be found or associated with GibsonCountySheriff.com. These rules apply to GibsonCountySheriff.com and can be found on our homepage located at http://www.gibsoncountysheriff.com
The above rules are not limited to and maybe changed at anytime without notice. We reserve the right on a final disposition, and final judgments of the above outlined rules.
